- 9:00 a.m. Pick-up at your accommodation.
- 10:00 a.m. Gear preparation and run briefing.
- 10:15 a.m. Warm-up and start of the excursion.
- 1:15 p.m. Recovery stop.
- 1:35 p.m. Continuation of the route.
- 4:00 p.m. Approximate end of the run.
- 4:45 p.m. Return to your accommodation.
- At the end, we’ll share refreshments and snacks to recover from the run before heading back.
