Can I modify my booking?
Yes, but modification policies depend on the service provider and how far in advance you request the change.
To request a modification, please contact tickets@bookingpatagonia.travel with your booking reference.
Refuges and campsites
Vértice (Dickson, Los Perros, Paine Grande, Grey)
- Changes must be requested at least 90 days before check-in
- If the booking was made within a shorter timeframe, modifications are subject to withdrawal conditions
- After deadlines: no changes permitted
- Price differences may apply depending on the modification
- Bookings are personal and non-transferable
Las Torres (Las Torres, Chileno, Cuernos, Francés, Serón)
- Modifications are allowed up to 90 days before check-in
- Less than 90 days: date changes are not permitted
- Changes in service type (upgrade or downgrade) are allowed, subject to availability
- If the new booking has a higher price, the difference must be paid immediately
- If the new booking has a lower price, no refund will be issued for the difference
Other services
Park Entrance Tickets (CONAF)
- One date change allowed up to 24 hours before (once, subject to availability)
- Tickets are personal and non-transferable once issued
Buses (Bus Sur)
- Changes up to 72 hours before departure
- After that: no changes permitted
Lake Pehoé Catamaran
- Changes up to 72 hours before departure (CLP 5,000 fee)
- After that: no changes permitted
- Tickets are personal and non-transferable once issued
